What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Your bun looks so cute! (Oh I am such a girl - I am looking at your hair and not the sunburn!) PLEASE share HOW you do your buns! Mine always stick really far out or fall out. I have never had long hair and no one iiin my family has long hair to teach me how to care for my hair. WHat other styles do you have? I want more than just ponytails for hubby. Also, do you have any ideas for something for a wedding (semi-formal attire)?

HUGS! PS - I packed your box of baby boy clothes. I gave you all the cold/winter clothes because we are moving to Texas (gonna have to blog about that soon - no one knows yet). I need your address so I can get it out to you tomorrow. And please pray for me/us. I have to have the whole house packed in two weeks (and we have collected WAY too much stuff over the years). Pray that the Lord will led us to the house He wants us to have. That our house will sell for our asking price (or close to it). And that God will give us peace about the move (we both know it is God's will to move to HOT HOT HOT Texas, but it is our will to stay here in wonderful CO).

Oh Rebecca, you poor thing!!! Isn't going to bed at night the worst? I have always heard that sponging on vinegar and water is soothing...as is aloe of course :) Interesting pattern...I cant quite make out what the shirt must have looked like. HA!

p~ Actually, that 'bun' was just my hair twisted back and stuck with a pencil. I do that most of the time in the summer. If you want to do a GOOD bun, you put your hair in a ponytail and THEN either twist it around and wrap a band around it, stick a hairstick in it, OR you can braid it and then twist it up. I have so many funky hair styles it is insane. Sometimes I braid the sides of my hair and attach them in the back. Sometimes I do a fliper through (by putting your hair in a pony tail, splitting your hair above the band and then flipping your pony tail THROUGH the split. But most times it is a bun for me-so my hair doesn't even THINK of touching my neck! You are a most wonderful gal and I told you so in the email I just sent you!

Wendy~All weekend, everyone said I had angel wings. The shirt is a funky one-unfortunately for me!
