Spiced cranberry sauce
Bring 1 c. sugar and 1 c. water to a boil.
Add 2 cups. cranberries and 2 splashes of pumpkin pie spice
bring back to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 3-4 minutes or until skins have popped.
Serve cooled.
