What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

I really, really love him too.

...And not just because of how sveltely he can handle a couple of sanders and a chop saw....

...but I won't lie~ they are definite perks.

A handy husband is a happy circumstance to have and not to be taken for granted.

So true!

I'm blessed to have a handy husband, and I'm sure I appreciate it more because I grew up with a very non-handy dad. He's a great dad, but he happens to be a doctor and doesn't know a thing about home repair. Everyone has their own strengths, right?

But it is wonderful to have a husband that knows how to work with his hands to fix and build and even beautify.

Your new home is looking so much better. Well done!!!

It's definitely a blessing to have a handy man husband. My husband love to figure out new skills for projects, and the new tools that he needs are just a bonus. lol!

Everything is really starting to come together. The floors look great.
