p.s. Regarding this post, a similar instinct causes my children to spend long hours in the downstairs bathroom, in which we have a small space heater to use while showering on bitter mornings. I don't know how many times I've pressed my ear to the door to hear the heater's sound, knocked, and had Millie sheepishly open the door with her math book and pencil in hand. Yup, hlearning in the bathroom is the way to go these days.

ReplyDeleteAbigail- WHAT?!? That WAS showing restraint! I very easily could have commented on every.single.one. Besides, we are having a sheetrock/spackle party over here that 1) is occupying Matt's time marvellously and 2)is requiring all the living room things to be moved elsewhere and thus creating pandemonium in the entire house which can not be remedied until the sheetrock/spackling party is over. What ELSE is a girl to do in that case?
