What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Inequality

I've been looking through the curriculum catalogs lately (DETERMINED to have a good plan in place-and supplies ordered- BEFORE the busy-ness of gardening and canning are upon me this year!) and in one of them, I found this quote.  I loved it.

Who wants equality anyway?!?

Speaking of inequality, my blog is in the running for Top 25 Homeschooling Blogs.  Who woulda thunk?   I won't say it is all that impressive though, since I have only four votes-and I won't lie-- two of them are my own!  :-)  If you want to vote for me, make me a bit less pathetic-- that'd be great.   (My blog is under the pending tab until tonight.)  Or, better yet, go check out the other (more worthy!) blogs.  You can vote once a day for two more weeks.  (But please, DON'T.  Seriously.)

I voted.

This is a timely post because I was actually stopping by to see if you had any opinions on the ACE curriculum. I am considering sending my son to a Mennonite school that uses it.
