What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Notice a running theme?

These Tufted Tit(mice?) were loving our tree. It appears as though they are especially friendly to me. Either that or they are greedy bullies. I regret to inform you-it was the latter. Posted by Picasa

This is a nice shot! I need to put birdfood out- our birds are all hiding in this area- I never see them! But we only have one nice tree in our yard anyhow, and our maple is pretty good sized, so they may be way up high in the branches, hidden away.

The tufted Titmouse has a very sweet, soft face. I love their little beaks. I really enjoy them.

You DEFINATELY should put out some feeders, Elizabeth. It is great fun to watch. Why not put one outside of your Kitchen sink window? The cats wouldn't get at them then, but you would still get a 'birds eye view' from the window! :-)
