What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

5 minutes in history

I had a good hair day the other day.

I HAD to take a picture of it because the last time I had a really good hair day was...oh, about 5 years, 4 months and 16 days ago. Approximately. (and it only lasted about 20 minutes~ if that.)

But even briefly, I HAD it! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Even on my best day though- this girl always has me beat.

And so effortlessly, too.

I love good hair days. Yours looks great! Muffins hair often looks like Adeles.

Rebecca, YOU are beautiful! You have amazing hair--even on a regular day :), and your eyes are stunning! Of course Adele is stunning in her own right. Little ones always out-shine us big ones... and that's how it's supposed to be!

Ugh. Don't even talk about good hair. :P You look FABULOUS, my friend and I always envy your bravery in photographing oneself. I am so bad at that!!! Only 15 skeins, eh? ;)

Your little sweetheart is adorable as well! :) LOVE the flower headband!!

I have to say, it's definitely a toss up between the two of you. ;)

No macro lens here. I've been shooting with my 50 mm 1.8 that I received for Christmas! I just use aperture value and shoot away. I think that is what had it set on when I took the one with the box of candy hearts! :-) Not sure about ISO etc. I love this lens! It helps so much indoors!! Unfortunately, can you pray for me and greed? ;) I really would love the 50mm 1.4 :P!

My solution to bad hair is to keep it pulled back for such prolonged periods of time that I forget I actually have hair. And then I remember on the Sunday drive to church and rue my lack of a brush.

You, on the other hand, look like Rapunzal here. Lovely!

(And you know my fondness for Miss Addie knows no bounds.)

Beautiful! Both of you! Wowzer...look at Adeles eyes! I don't do my hair all that often...I usually put it up in a pony tail so that I can do my tasks easily...it makes me feel better when I finally *do* fix my hair :-) Great pictures!
