What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Momentary Break

Since this is my memoir of sorts, I avoid (at all costs) posting things about awards, contests and stuff.

But the thing is...

I really, really *Really, **REALLY** want to win this one!

My friend has one of these wraps and every time she puts it on for her munchkin (which is often), I turn green...SERIOUSLY-GREEN with envy.

Wouldn't Adele' love to be snug as a bug in one of these? My shoulders and back would be too.

They are wonderful. Truly.

So, by all means: go and enter for one yourself~

the only requirement is that if you WIN, you gift it to me.

Pretty please?!?!

Perhaps if you have 6 yards of some fabric, you can make your own moby wrap? http://balancingeverything.com/2009/02/07/make-a-faux-moby-wrap/

I have one of these, and they are fantastic. They're best for the earlier months, but at nearly 6 months I am still using it with my baby. It really is just a long piece of fabric, so I would think making it yourself wouldn't be too difficult.

If I don't win, I will have to do it. I'll be honest, I've been planning to make one myself anyway but I haven't been able to find such a stretchy, supportive material that won't wind up costing for six yards what it would cost to buy the thing. I sure would like to win, though! ESPECIALLY since my sewing machine needs repaired!
