What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Oh, how sweet! I really wish the "Prairie Look" would come back for little girls. (LOL--I had a prairie dress of my own when I was about 20 or so. "Little House on the Prairie" was very popular back then.)
Hey, thanks for visiting my blog. I actually prefer to buy bias tape, too--but I have made it as well.
If I come across a good source of sewing tips, I'll let you know! And good luck with your new apron!

They are beautiful! Thank you so much. Maia and I (and her doll, Elizabeth) can't wait for them to arrive.

That is adorable! I posted this comment in reply to something you said recently on my blog, but realized you probably wouldn't see it there unless you happened to revisit that post - so I'm posting it for you here:
Rebecca, I just had to tell you how sweet your comment was - my family is FAR from perfect, and I always admire your family so much, so to have you say that really encouraged and blessed my heart! Thank you! Oh, and Trevor is only 16 MONTHS OLD!!! Yes, we are definitely in trouble - I can't even imagine what he'll be into when he is 2!
Love, Betsy
