Quite a few trips to the local free pool have occupied our time-especially when the weather was so hot. A perfect diversion.
Nearly every time my niece and nephew met us down there, which the kids and I loved.
Each visit the children became a little more 'fishy' and a little more daring in the water. By our last trip, Corynn had worked up enough gumption to put her head all the way in the water and learned to hold her breath.
My, she was proud!
