What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

And how is your garden growing? Some of my poor cherry tomatoes are looking a bit sickly...

You think they got TOO much rain?

Lettuce is up and at em. On the other hand though, my squash leaves are turning yellow and the slicing tomato plants are not doing well. :-( My MIL gave them to me and they were looking that way then though, so I think they will take some time to rejuvenate. My cherry tomato plants looks better than I have ever had tomato plants look but I got them in early. I actually got them at the dollar store in Vestal! Still no tomato's though.
The only ones that are starting to produce fruit is the pepper plants. I can see their little bulbous heads popping out already. Very exciting.

I don't know what's wrong with some of the cherries. Most of the tomatoes are coming along nicely, but those cherry tomatoes....poor things.

I don't think they got too much rain, as they're not yellow as much as just dying. The only thing that I can think of is that they're not taking kindly to the "mystery manure." I had to BUY it this year, and as I dumped it out and noticed the wood chips, corn kernals, and sandy texture, I thought to myself, "I'd like to know the cows that produced THIS stuff."
