What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

I SPY

~A bitty spider on a clematis bud. The bud was about the size of my pinky nail at the time. You can imagine how small the SPIDER was! ~

AND

~ An ORIOLE amidst the apple blossoms, our very own! I was so thrilled-I've never seen an Oriole in real life before! ~

We got our first glimpse of the returning Baltimore Oriole this week. He serenaded us from the branches of the Magnolia tree. Lovely blooms are all gone, and even when they were here the tree looked nothing like it did last year. I waited and waitd this spring to see the beautiful, fairyland-like tree that had appeared last year, but there were relatively few blossoms this year. Sigh. . . maybe next year
