What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

No more gummy worms

It took about five minutes to eat all the gummy worms and six minutes before the bug holder-thingy found its true calling.

There is no greater joy, these days, than going bug hunting. The hunt is even more special on those warm days they can head to the creek. It's been a while since those days...

Catching minnows was the focus for a very long time. They never did get one.

But Corynn scored when she caught a water-walker.

Or rather, TWO water-walkers. While MATING. How's THAT for a birds and bees talk? "Mama, why is that bug on top of the other one?"

Ummmm.....

And since that wonderful day my children received plastic bug homes, I have welcomed into my home millipedes, worms, and all manner of other icky creatures. (as you will soon see...)

Thanks Elizabeth. Thank you SO much.

(PS. Revenge is sweet.)
