What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

This is NOT a recipe

These are what I like to call a "Poor Man's Milano" cookie. I needed to use up some extra chocolate that I had melted for candy making but my usual standbys of nuts, raisins or pretzels were not in the cupboard. I did find some vanilla wafers, though. Not quite Milano cookies, to be sure, but they turned out to be easy, kid-friendly, yummy, and cheap. And a great use for that extra chocolate!!!

I say again: this is NOT a recipe.

HERE is where you find recipes, and some new ones to boot!

Chocolate and cookie together, who cares the combo. Yum, yum! I just get my chocolate fix by having a spoonful of fudge topping. This would be better with the crunch in it.
