What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Jolly Reminder #496

In case you buy store bought eggs...THIS is the color the yoke SHOULD be.

FLUORESCENT orange.

If your egg bread doesn't GLOW, you have problems.

I see your eggs are smiling in agreement. I heartily concur. (and this just might be the year I can finally twist a certain arm far enough.)

We got chickens last spring and I was suprised by the difference in color... and we were buying organic eggs and they still weren't the right color... :) You just can't beat fresh eggs!!! So yummy. I have to say I was pretty sick of the chickens when they stopped laying and were just messing and eating like crazy, but now that they are laying again I'm good to go, haha!

Nothing like fresh, fluorescent eggs! We need to get some new chicks or laying hens this spring. Our chickens are getting older so not laying as well and need to be replaced.
