What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

I absolutely LOVE this photo Rebecca! It completely represents to me the simplicity, wonder and beauty in the eyes of a child (or in the eyes of the beholder of a child ;))

I thought to myself about how lovely it was to go seeking out God's creation and enjoying it. Corynn had so much fun and discovered things I wouldn't have even noticed (like about five wooly worms). This picture reminded me how God is ever present and all around us, guiding us and expecting us to enjoy all the gifts he has given.

I know-it is just a dumb picture but to me, it says a lot. Thanks for saying it might be more than just a dumb picture for at least one other person! :-)

I really love this picture! How did you get the blur around the top edges?

Boring untalented answer:the photo program has the option to phase out the picture. To do so on a real camera would require a high zoom lense to bring the subject close and the background far away. But-that costs money...
