That is basically the same contraption that I offered to let you borrow last year, but you had already made your sauce by then. Isn't it wonderful?? It only makes smooth sauce, but it is sooooo easy, who cares?! :D My mom's is all metal, and it is kind of stinky that it is all plastic now. I bet you could get an all-metal one on EBay. Matthew helped me last year, and basically made it, too. Hooray for modern machinery! (Well, some of it! ;) )
