What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Nick of time

I was about to take the picture of the garland when Corynn spotted it hanging from the kitchen and ran to get a closer look. I snapped the photo-not expecting to capture the first look of intrigue and excitement on her face. A BONUS, for sure! I am happy I decided to do a bit of decorating, despite the looming (but still uncertain) move.

What a great face, it makes your efforts worthwhile, doesn't it? :) Have you and Matt thought about just asking if you can rent your home on a more permanent basis? Just wondering..I know we talked about not buying the home, however, maybe this might be a good solution, not only for you and Matt, but also for your "landlords" having steady monthly income coming in each month? Just a thought...

Ah yes-if only, Elizabeth. I would want to BUY this house, but Matt would really like to get out from under his ex-employers thumb...so onward ho we go. I do hope to prolong it into the summer months if we can, though.

Thank you for looking ladies!

Aren't children wonderful? They never forget to be excited about the things that make life fun.

Happy Spring!! :)

I definitely agree with Matt that getting "out from under his ex employer's thumb" is the best. No house is worth the aggravation that may some day come down the road with that situation...

Kelli-thanks!

Carrie J-they certainly are and we can learn a WHOLE lot from them. Sometimes they are OUR teachers, ain't so?

Michelle~I know that you are right. And Matt. I just wish I knew where we are meant to be. AND I wish I knew if we are going to STAY wherever that place IS. ;-) Happy spring to you as well-I hope you are enjoying the 'warm wave' that hit us-for a day!
