What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Dear Mandie~

THANK YOU so very much for the extra special package you sent our way for Christmas! What a brimming box full of treasures! You know us SO well. Seriously. The children adore their books-that Farmer one is just the greatest...

And I adore MY book, Building Her House! I just finished reading it last night! What a wealth of knowledge is packed in those pages! Love also that the chapters are only about two pages long...makes it easy for even us busy Mama's to read. I really really WANTED that book, it was on my wishlist, so you know me VERY well.

And the scarf? It is LOVELY. The color is so vibrant and beautiful. Soft and beautiful! We received the package on Saturday and I wore the scarf to church on Sunday~and with the wearing came many compliments!

I let Corynn wear it for awhile while I took pictures~seems she liked it too!

The picture of your childer is precious and now resides in its place of honor on our fridge! I love the be greeted by their smiling faces!

Thanks so much, Mandie, for knowing us so well, for being so thoughtful, and for sending us a little love from CO!
