Do you really want to know why snow doesn't sparkle in your photos? :) It actuallly has to do with a lot of features (exposure, appature, etc.) that most digital cameras don't have. You might want to see in your manual if it has a way to photograph snow. I will see if I can use my hubby's camera and get some pictures of sprakling snow for you (he has a digital SLR camera).
