What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

At least they are not "horse apples" HA!

Actually, they called them THAT too. Entirely too close to road apples, I'd say! :-)

I've been looking for free apples, but to no avail, so I'm going to have to buy some. At that price, though, I wouldn't even mind!

We're very priviliged, we live on University campus, and have an apple tree close by, lovely apples free to pick. And apparently no one else is interested! And we've been picking blackberries as well on campus (5kg or more)
The apples are so nice that we just eat them.... and turn them into applesauce and chutney and an occasional 'appeltaart', but I'm not in the kitchen forever, even though I love it.
