What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Dutchie the kid friendly dog

For a long LONG time, Dutchess was so...enthusiastic...that she would run and most often knock down the children in her flurry. She is only now starting to settle down enough to enjoy BEING with them. She is a good dog though-she doesn't have one mean bone in her body-she is eating a bone here and the babies don't bother her in the slightest. She still occasionally gets a bit rambuncious (sp?) and only minutes before 'caught' Corynn while she was playing tag. And by 'caught', I mean plowing into her until she sprawled out flat on the concrete (notice the bloodstains and torn tights-now THAT reminds me of ME growing up!) As you can see, grudges don't last long around here...and they are fast friends again. Posted by Picasa
