What you do in your house is worth as much as if you did it up in heaven for our Lord God. We should accustom ourselves to think of our position and work as sacred and well-pleasing to God, not on account of the position and work, but on account of the word and faith from which the obedience and the work flow. ~ Martin Luther

Hoping you spend today enjoying the many wonderful benefits we have living in the country we do. Hoping that, by God's Grace, our country remains dependent upon Him. Hoping the ice cream is sweet and there is enough corn for you to have TWO ears.

Thanks everyone! I wish the other ones would have posted successfully too.

Ah well.

Tamara~to post pictures on my blog, I use the free to download program called Picasa. In it, there is a button that allows you to create a focal black and white. The thing is, the 'color portion' is always in a circle. You can adjust the size and sharpness OF the circle-but still, it doesn't keep color on a particular object unless it is relatively circular. Which the flag is not-I just tweaked around the size and severity and it eventually worked.

Maybe someday I will get photoshop-but I am afraid if I did, I still would be too dumb to use it. :-)

I agree with the above people that this picture is priceless. What a neat thing to have it mostly bw and then have the flag in color. You need to enter this one in a contest.

And you would never be dumb with photoshop. You need to ask for it for Christmas. Have everybody go in on it. You would use it a lot.
